Here’s how I can help

    Listing Entry

    Once the necessary listing paperwork is received, I will meticulously input your listing into the MLS, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This will need to include the MLS Input Sheet. All attachments will be uploaded to the MLS, any photos received will be uploaded and arranged in the correct order. Additionally, the true taxes of each property will be researched and inputted. Before flipping the listing live, the agent will have the opportunity to review and finalize any remaining details.

    Contract to Close

    I will handle your paperwork and follow ups, and consistently make sure deals close on time to the best of our ability. From the point of a fully executed contract, I’ll take over from there. I’ll make sure attorney approvals are received, the mortgage loan process has been started, appraisal has been ordered, and everything in between! There are a lot of odds and ends to each deal and I know each one can be different. Having someone that knows the process makes all the difference.

    Behind every smooth transaction is a foundation of accuracy, organization, and compliance. Our Document & Compliance Management service ensures that every detail is handled with precision—from contract to close.

    We carefully review each agreement for completeness and accuracy, confirm that all required disclosures and addendums are properly executed, and seamlessly upload documentation to your brokerage or transaction management platform. Throughout the process, we proactively track brokerage and state compliance deadlines, so nothing is missed and everything stays on track.
