Jen’s journey in real estate began in 2018. Over the years, she developed a deep appreciation for the industry and the professionals within it. As she built meaningful relationships with real estate agents, she discovered her passion for helping them enhance their businesses.
This passion led to the creation of Zinnia Transaction Coordination, LLC. The goal is to help real estate professionals to streamline their transactions, improve efficiency, and ultimately achieve greater success in their business.
In Jen’s free time, you can find her at a local coffee shop, walking (or running) in nature, and spending quality time with her family - especially her nieces and nephews!

Transaction Coordinator
Alexis has been involved in the WNY real estate industry for four years. She previously worked as an administrative assistant in a local real estate office before taking time off to raise her three beautiful daughters and earn her real estate license. She has developed a passion for transaction coordination by supporting agents and their clients, helping guide transactions with confidence, organization, and ease. Outside of work, she enjoys iced coffee, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family.
